JoeForte Concepts provides recruitment and employability services: CV review and revamp, job search support, an employability programme, CV screening and corporate training. We are the controller of the personal information you give us through this website.

Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.

Service details: the information you submit in a request form, such as the role you are looking for, your CV, your education, NYSC status and certifications.

Employability Programme registrations also include your date of birth and gender, and, after you complete the programme, a photo.

Payment records for CV screening attempts. Card details are handled entirely by Paystack and are never seen or stored by us.

To respond to your request, deliver the service you asked for, send confirmation and status emails, and take payment where applicable.

To run the Employability Programme and, where you have completed it, to introduce you to partner employers.

Our staff, to handle your request.

Partner employers, only for people who have completed the Employability Programme. They can see your name, photo, course of study, graduation year, type of institution, roles of interest and NYSC status. They cannot see your contact details, date of birth, gender or certifications.

Service providers that help us run the platform: Paystack (payments), our email delivery provider, our hosting provider, and, for paid CV screening attempts, an AI provider that analyses the text of your CV and job description.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. [Retention period to be confirmed.]

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Email us at business@joeforteconcepts.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
